The petitioner in the rezoning case for The Pointe at Main Street Market has submitted a request to withdraw the petition. This item appears on the agenda for the December 4 meeting of the Kernersville Board of Aldermen, however, the petitioner has requested that the Board of Aldermen approve the withdrawal of the rezoning request.
If the withdrawal request is approved, any rezoning would require a new petition for rezoning with public hearings at the Planning Board and Board of Aldermen.
