The Town of Kernersville Online Permitting System

Beginning December 1, 2018, the Town will start using the ViewPoint online permitting system for the following Fire Department Permits (Click on Permit Type to View Submittal Requirements):

• Air Supported Temporary Membrane Structures, Temporary Stage Canopy and Tents

• Blasting Operations

• Emergency Responder Radio Coverage System

• Fire Alarm Construction

• Fire Suppression System Construction

• Fireworks / Pyrotechnic Special Effects

• Gated Properties and Developments

• Open Burn / Bon Fire

• Smoke Control / Smoke Exhaust Systems

• Sprinkler System / Standpipe Construction

• Sprinkler System Small Job (20 heads or less)

• Tank Installation, Abandonment, or Removal
