The Permit & Enforcement Division is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Unified Development Ordinance, zoning, signage, landscaping, parking, flood and subdivision regulations, along with the State Building Code for permit issuance and inspections of building, electrical, plumbing and mechanical codes. The Division also enforces the Town Code provision for junk cars and property maintence.  This division also works closely with the Fire Marshal on fire code compliance
