Taxi Cab Driver Permit

Each taxi driver will need to print and complete the application but NOT sign it.
Submit payment for the application to the Finance Department, located in Town Hall.
Bring the unsigned application to the Police Department along with your driver’s license.
Sign the application in the presence of a notary public at the Police Department.
The notary public will submit the application to Police Administration for processing.
