CodeRED Emergency Notification

CodeRED is the emergency notification system for residents that live within Forsyth County. It is considered to be a reverse 911 system so Forsyth County Communications can contact you directly to inform you of an emergency in your area, and proper procedures to keep you safe. With CodeRED, state and local agencies can deliver geo-targeted, time-sensitive information to individuals who have registered to receive alerts. Notifications can be sent via email, SMS, voice, mobile app push notifications, IPAWS and more depending on the severity of the situation.
