The Human Resources Department develops and maintains the personnel policy, works with hiring managers to recruit qualified candidates for employment, leads employee appreciation efforts for employee retention, administers the Town’s pay and classification plan, and administers the Town’s welfare benefit programs. The department also oversees the Town’s risk management and occupational safety and health programs.
