Streets Division

Welcome to the Public Services Department. Our mission and pledge to the community is to provide essential municipal services and infrastructure which promotes a clean, safe, and economically prosperous community.

The department consists of five divisions providing a wide variety of services. These include street maintenance, commercial and residential solid waste collection, recycling, stormwater management, facilities and fleet maintenance, civil inspections and project management.

The Street Division of the Public Services Department has four primary functions: street maintenance, right-of-way (ROW) maintenance, construction project management, and emergency response. These functions include: roadway construction and repairs, drainage maintenance, and landscaping maintenance.   In addition, emergency services such as snow removal, storm debris cleanup, assistance to the Police and Fire Departments in emergency street closures, and accident cleanup are provided.
