We want to make sure you know when the facility will be open! We have a page dedicated for that information, along with the process of how to participate in our programs and events.
In regards to utilizing the amenities we have, you will need an account. Whether you want to make use of the walking track, walk around to see the facility, or participate in the open gym sports, you need to have an account to check in at the front desk. If you do not have an account, you can create an account prior to coming to the facility to ensure a smooth process. This process takes about five (5) minutes. You only need to create an account once, you use that account for future visits. You can also add your family to the account for any of their future visit as well.
Also, if you try to create an account and it states the email address is in use already, give us a call at 336-996-3062 to assist in resetting your account. If you don’t get that message, you’ll be able to finish creating your account.
On the online portal, start the process of creating the account by selecting the “Create An Account” button in the top right of the screen. Follow the prompts to create your account, and once completed it will help to add family members by clicking “Profile” in the top right then scrolling down to the “Family” section then clicking “Add Family Member”. This will allow you to add members, repeat as many times as necessary.
Then, the next time you come to the facility you can check in, and let the Customer Experience Specialist know you already have an account.
