Adaptive and Inclusion Services Request

The Town of Kernersville Parks and Recreation Department utilizes the Adaptive and Inclusion Services branch to provide adaptations, modifications, and inclusion support for people with disabilities and concerns. We are committed to collaborating with participants and their families to develop reasonable solutions that enable people of all abilities to participate in KPRD programs and events. Please submit the following information to request support. We ask that the request be made two (2) weeks before the scheduled activity.
