The Community Appearance Commission will hold a special meeting in the Executive Conference Room of Town Hall at 134 E. Mountain St. on August 23 at 12:30 PM for the purpose of selecting Christmas wreaths as decorations and recommending that the Board of Aldermen approve the purchase.
Contracts may range from $5,000 to $50,000 and work typically includes replacing roofing, windows and doors, upgrading electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, new paint, carpet, and cabinetry.
