Onward Kernersville Update – Town of Kernersville

The Kernersville 2020 Plan, adopted in 1997, will be updated as part of a joint venture between the Mayor and Board of Aldermen, the Kernersville Chamber of Commerce, and other interested parties throughout Town. This community visioning process is called ONWARD Kernersville.

The Town and Chamber of Commerce hosted an Open House style meeting on November 7th to provide opportunities for community input through a prioritization exercise and a survey. The survey response period closed on December 1, 2019. If you missed the community meeting or you were unable to complete the survey, THERE IS STILL TIME to participate.

All interested parties are encouraged to follow and provide feedback on the visioning process by visiting the project website at onwardkernersville.com. The site will:

Document the on-going dialogue on the process of creating and implementing a vision for Kernersville;
Provide a chance for you to give comments to Town leaders and staff about the issues that matter to you; and
Allow an opportunity for you to participate on a future Task Force.
