Onward Kernersville

The Kernersville 2020 Plan, adopted in 1997, will be updated as part of a joint venture between the Mayor and Board of Aldermen, the Kernersville Chamber of Commerce, and other interested parties throughout Town. This community visioning process is called ONWARD Kernersville.

The Steering Committee for ONWARD Kernersville held its first meeting at 6:30 PM on September 19, 2019 to kick off the process. Please note that this is only the initial meeting of the Steering Committee. A larger community meeting for ONWARD Kernersville is planned for later this year in November.

All interested parties are encouraged to follow and participate in the visioning process by visiting the project website at www.onwardkernersville.com. The site will document an on-going dialogue on the process of creating and implementing a vision for Kernersville.
