KERNERSVILLE drive-thru medicine drop Residents can dispose of expired, unwanted or unused prescription drugs and over the counter medications – NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Medicine in the trash can get into our waterways, hurt aquatic critters and contaminate drinking water. Kernersville Police Department will accept pills.
