Executive Order 163

Under Executive Order 163, North Carolina moved to Phase 2.5 of lifting COVID-19 restrictions until October 2 at 5:00 PM. People are also required, with some exceptions, to wear face coverings while out in public when physical distancing of 6 feet is not possible.
