Subconsultants are permitted under this contract.  This contract shall be partially reimbursed with Federal-aid funding through the North Carolina Department of Transportation.  Letters of Interest (LOIs) shall be received by Mail, Hand-Delivery, or Electronic Delivery ([email protected]) no later than 2:00 PM November 4, 2024.  See RFLOI link below for full details.
